We understand that plans change. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking, after which time a late cancellation fee may be charged. During the festive period (10th November Onwards) this period is 28 Days
Please ensure you AND all of your party arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. After which the spaces may be opened up to walk in guests on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to look after all of your party.
Our last service for food is one hour before the venue closing time. For drinks, it is half an hour before closing. Our team will start asking you to drink up at this time as we will require all guests offsite by our closing time per our location pages.
Our menu page is the best place to find out what’s available at the time of your booking. For dining bookings of 10+, we require a full pre-order. We’re happy to take pre-orders for any group size, and our reservations team will be happy to arrange this with you.
In the event that the venue is booked out for a private hire, all bookings are subject to being rescheduled. We will of course always ensure to work with you to find the best solution.
Under 18s are welcome until 7pm, after which point it is at the manager’s discretion, as on some occasions the venue may not be suitable for children after this time. This will be clearly communicated upon arrival to the venue.
We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests and to refuse entry. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol.
You and your guests are NOT permitted to bring any external drinks/food onsite
