Are you wheelchair accessible?

We are fully accessible for wheelchair users including toilet facilities.

Can I run a tab?

We’re happy to run tabs – just speak to a member of the team or leave us a note when you book

Can I bring my baby/child with me?

Yes, they’re very welcome until 7pm

Do you have high chairs?

Yes, we do have some highchairs available, you can request this when making a reservation in the Special Request box or ask one of our team on arrival.

Can I bring a dog with me?

We do welcome dogs

Can I bring my own drinks or food with me?

We don’t allow any external food or drinks to be consumed onsite.

Do you do takeaway food & drink?

Absolutely! All our food & drink is available to take-away. We also offer event & office catering delivery – head over to our catering page to find out more.

Does your restaurant cater for allergies?

Please do make us aware in advance either when booking or ahead of placing your order in venue if you have an allergy or intolerance. Not all ingredients are listed on our menus and we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens. We always have an up-to-date allergen matrix available.

Can I pre-order drinks?

We take pre-orders, please contact the reservation team to find out more.

What is the dress code?

We are relaxed, you can come as smart or as casual as you like.  We do ask that any heavily dirtied workwear, hardhats or hi-vis jackets are removed prior to entry to the venue.

Someone in my party will arrive after our reservation time, is this ok?

We ask that your party arrives within 15 minutes of your booking time, if you have one or two people who might be a little later please contact the reservations team and they will try their best to accommodate this.

You are fully booked on my requested date, is there any way I can get a table?

Yes, we quite often receive cancellations so please contact us we will do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have walk in tables available on a first come first serve basis.

Do we need to book?

We always keep some space for walk ins but if you’d like to join us for lunch we do recommend booking as it gets very busy! We can take reservations for a minimum of 2 people.

Can we hire the venue exclusively?

I have lost something at Dear Grace, who do I contact?

Do you have a cloakroom?

Unfortunately not.

I have a suitcase/bike with me, do you have somewhere I can store this somewhere during my visit?

Unfortunately, we don’t have anywhere to store personal items.

Can I bring my child’s pushchair/buggy with me?

Yes, but please try and let us know in advance and we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.

Can I smoke?

Yes, we have designated smoking areas outside.

Do accept Credit Card / AMEX?

We are a cashless venue. We accept all Cards, Including AMEX

Can I park onsite?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking available to our guests.

Do you serve Halal Meat?
Our Chicken is halal. Other meats can be ordered in advance, but we do require one week’s notice. We also have a good selection of vegetarian dishes as an alternative.

What time is last service?

Bar closes 30 minutes before we close.
